At Aderyn Glas Counselling Services, individual counselling is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, self-esteem issues, or simply feeling stuck, we are here to listen and support you as you work towards greater clarity and wellbeing.

Counselling is a collaborative process. Together, we will explore your experiences, uncover underlying issues, and develop coping strategies that empower you to move forward.

  • Fee: £50

  • Format: In-person, online, or telephone sessions available

  • Frequency: Short-term or long-term, depending on your needs. Progress is regularly reviewed every 6 weeks.
